Alice - impossible to get them on the phone !

I have been with Alice since last October/November and I really need to

get them on the phone NOW due to banking situation - I have tried to

change my method of payment from CB (card now cancelled due to changing

banks) to standing order online, not sure if this is taken into account

though, can anyone tell me if they have done the same and whether it

was indeed taken into account from the form on their website. 

Thanks.  I'm getting worried that they will cancel my subscription

if they think I've deliberately stopped paying them (my CB is cancelled

now so they won't get their money).

Why not change your details via their website?
