chessie Posted May 11, 2017 Share Posted May 11, 2017 I've tried the orange lines - 0969-363900 and 0969-119478 - and get recorded message along the lines 'service not available'.So there is definitely something wrong, or odd.Anyone had an e-mail from Orange stating that you've 'overpaid the last 3 months' and are due a refund ?
