Just want to be sure that all goes ahead ok and that we take with us all what we need!The Notaires fees are included in the mortgage, so I presume that we do not have to take any money with us?However what about about our first mortgage payment will that need to be paid on the day of completion?Sorry If we seem a bit dumb but this is our first ever house we have bought having always rented in the UK!!!Dale Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

As we live in Belgium, we have no difficulty transferring funds, writing a cheque etc. but coming from GB, things might be different. All worth it in the long run and good luck for the future.
