We require a diesel family car or estate (2 kiddies on board and sometimes a collie), possibly with air con if the budget would stretch. Have looked here (UK) for a lhd but there are not many around in our area (somerset), I am aware that prices are higher in france but wondered if anyone would be able to give us an idea of what we would be able to buy. derf Posted September 23, 2005 Share Posted September 23, 2005 Unless you are very lucky €3000 will only buy you an older model car in France almost certainly with high mileage, at a guess something like a Peugeot 405D around 1990 vintage.
