Sunday Driver Posted May 23, 2007 Share Posted May 23, 2007 As a non-EU licence holder, your licence is valid for up to a year following you taking up permenent residence in France.You will need to exchange it at your prefecture. You will need the following:- Licence exchange application form (demande d'échange de permis de conduire);- Passport- Two passport sized photographs- Your Jersey licence (you may require to provide a translation if it is not in EU standard format)- Carte de sejour for non-EU citizen (you may be able to just provide a utility bill as proof of address)- Fee (some departements do not charge for this service) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
