tj Posted March 24, 2006 Share Posted March 24, 2006 HiJust had a letter today from Organic ( pension )reference the cotisation payments.We registered end of Aug 2005, shortly after, as alot of you well know, there was a flood of invitations to pay :), since our intention is just to maintain health and pension contributions via this micro enterprise and keep it small, I wrote to them and asked to pay based on our first years taxable income, they have written to say I will pay 2005 cotisation in Jan 2007 and 2006 in Jan 2008.Urssaf also withdrew their demands.RAM (medical) I have paid today for 2005 ( 207 euros ) I have also the demand for 2006 of 349 euros, the minimum payable under the scheme regardless of income.THIS DOES NOT MEAN WE ARE GETTING AWAY WITH ANYTHING, it was to point out to others setting up in business that they need'nt worry about that supposed fixed amount of cotisation in the first year. regards Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
