Usually SATESE will not charge anything but you have to have a digger standing by when they come to dig the holes where they demand. See what your artisan suggests. We have never been charged any fees for this when putting the systems in, but some specialist companies will charge their clients as part of the cost and then refund it off the eventual invoice if they get the job.
