Replacing a bidet with a WC

We have two ensuite bathrooms that unfortunately have a bidet but not a WC. I cannot find any central stack that our only other WC connects into. Therefore I have two questions:

1. Is my knowledge correct in that though the pipe sizes are different the actual waste goes into the same drain?

2. Apart from replacing with a saniflo type of WC are there any other options that I could explore?

Many thanks in advance,

Regards,

Mike

Unless you can get a full size pipe to the bidet location then you will have to resort to a Saniflo.

More importantly if you are on mains drainage then yes it all end up in the same place. If you have a modern Fosse Toutes Eaux then it all ends up in the same place. However if you have one of the older types of fosse then the bidet and washing water will simply soakaway into the garden with no treatment unlike the dirty stuff which will go into the main tank either for treatment or carting away.

Make the wrong choice and you could end up in the s***!
