Hi, I ve just picked up a system that intend to install myself, think its like most things, not dificult, just need to read up a bit before starting..  think ive done ok on the bits,, got   3  8x4 pannels, 2 pumps, 2 motor valves, 1 controle box with digital temp display, 1 huge indirect solar tank, 1 indirect with element, 1 pressure release valve, 1 bla bla bla and a shed load of pipes and fittings, all used with no instructions fer 600€.......   the seller reckond it saved her 400€ a year in heating costs,    whooopppppppppeeeeee, ill bore yas with all the details when i fit it... chears mark

One thing to remember when comparing prices (diy against

professionally installed) is that if you complete a French Tax Return there is

a significant rebate on the cost of the system (not accessories ?) when

installed by a professional (registered ?) artisan.  Thus a quoted price will reduce quite a bit.
