Lautrec Posted February 23, 2007 Share Posted February 23, 2007 My brother who is planning to move from his house in the Vienne and move nearer to me in the Charente The first thing he has to do, is to sell the house! Not wanting to give any Immobiliere the sole agency, he intends to use three local ones hoping to speed up the process. The question of agency fees springs to mind and I told him that after seeing one or two threads on this subject, it seems that he might be able to negotiate lower fees than might be proposed by the agents at the incept.Can anyone help with information. What would be the fee that one could expect to be offered by the agency and how much could one reduce it by? Any information on this subject will be more than welcome!
