Hester
I would be grateful if anyone could advise as to whether we need to submit the form "declaration d'ouverture de chantier" on starting work approved last year under a "declaration de travaux" application. The form itself appears to be for permis de construire but the official website doesn't make it clear as to whether it is also required when starting work under a "Declaration Prealable". Thanks Hester.
gosub
I have never given a start date when carrying out work under a declaration de travaux/declaration Prealable, but you will probably get a letter from the Impots at some stage, to find out if your project is finished so you can pay the taxes due. Hester
Thank you gosub, I will just put the board up and fill in the form when the work is completed. Hester.
