lardy Posted June 30, 2009 Share Posted June 30, 2009 HIWe have 3 gites in one building and we are thinking about knocking 2 of them into one. We should have no changes to the outside of the building so do we have to have any planning permission to do inside work if we are not extending the size of the property. Will this be a problem if and when we sell sometime as the plans we have when we purchased will be different once we have changed things.If we were to change the size of 2 windows which planning permission would we need to get and is it the sort of thing we may be turned down for?
