Benjamin Posted October 20, 2010 Share Posted October 20, 2010 I bought one from Leroy Merlin as a "promo" when they opended up in La Roche sur Yon two or three years ago. A pal and I fitted it (you need two because of the weight and awkwardness). A local electrician wired it up which was not difficult as the electricity box was in the garage as well. He cost around about €100 and, from memory, the door itself was €450.Brilliant bit of kit especially if it's raining and you have an integral door into the house. DerekJ Posted October 22, 2010 Share Posted October 22, 2010 We've got a Wayne Dalton which was already fitted when we bought the house. Pleased with it and a useful thing to have. We have one minor problem with it. Occasionally when I press "Close" it goes down to fully closed but then reopens all the way up. Another press of the remote to close then seems to work with no problem. I haven't got around to diagnosing why and trying to fix yet. Unfortunately I don't have any manuals for it.
