I am looking for someone that can look of my domestic bills in France as I seem to get the same bill every month for my property tax even though I have paid it. As I have very little french I am it is difficult to explain this situation to the local tax office and water board.

I am renovating a derelict house and need a temporary supply whilst working on the house.How do I go about this?
