Haven't managed to see anywhere (over here in the UK) who has been given the Environmental brief in the new Government. Just hoping that there is no repeat of the Nelly Olin problems over green lanes. Cheers Dunney

Pipes are just like here. Must be below 84dB for road use and everyone igores it. The other small plate bugbear in the UK is not a problem as bike plates are smaller than car ones anyway. However as has been said if the feds ain't impressed, they can confiscate the bike. Dunney

It does bother me that the only protection they seem to wear in the summer is a handgun. Can't say I have ever landed on one myself, but I am guessing that best case, my hip would hurt. I am thinking that it is perhaps a tad macho, maybe. Yes I get a bit sweaty in my leathers but am happy to do so in preference to picking gravel out of my leg. Dunney
