When you want to disconnect from French Telecom do you need to send them an official letter or just phone them with the date you want the phone disconnected ?.

I was informed by Teleconect that if I cancel my France Telecom line I will not be able to have my Voip or adsl.Is this correct ?I seem to have read that with Alice and Nurf boxes etc you can save the FT rental charge by dropping them.Is this not the same with Teleconect?.

It seems that they have just changed their minds and want to return to the UK.I think that they will have to go ahead with buying it and then put it back on the market......

A question came up the other day when we were talking to someone who was buying a house.After the signing and the seven days is up and the deposit has been paid can you opt out of the contract.Not only did they pay the deposit but they also sent the balance of the sale to the notaire.....

Well....we have arrived and are living rent free in the house that we have brought.It was a holiday home used by a lady from Paris who is now to old to travel.It has all the furniture here and most of most of it is old style but nice...All the paper work should be fininshed by the end of June,which is the deadline for completion and then we can start on the decorating etc...I will have a few stories to relate later on about our house hunting....we have just got the net on today and so far things are looking good....
