I joined AOL 3 years ago after reading Will's FAQ, using an English AOL disk then changing the telephone number to the French one etc.  This has worked great (apart from the occasional hiccup).  However, yesterday I received a message (via a popup box) from AOL and from what I can translate, it looks like AOL and Neuf are merging.  They appear to be asking me to update my address and they will send me a new disk.  What do I need to do, bearing in mind the problems of using French ISP disks?  Can I use my Internet Explorer but with the new AOL phone number etc (so that I can keep it in English)?  (At present I use the AOL browser).  I find all this techy stuff difficult enough in English without giving myself headaches in French!  If I have to ring them to get the details, what do I need to ask for? We joined Teleconnect in May last year but didn't receive our first bill until around October, whereupon they began to send one a week!  I faxed them pointing out that I had informed them in August that we hadn't had a bill, and as it was their 'error', could they limit the bills too 2 per month until caught up.  They were very obliging and we have just received September's!

There is a reclamation yard (English run, since end of 2004), just outside Confolens (if you stray far enough from the A20!).
