Hi all, can anybody give me some advice please. If a house sale falls through at the last minute, and the deposit is then removed from the buyer, is this then handed to the person who has lost the sale or divided three ways between the Notaire, the Immobillier and the vendor. Oh. I love English too, anybody, that is a nice person really, my neighbours just happen to be lovely, all of them. am going to really miss them when I move in a few weeks, but I will definately pop back to visit them.    Sharon

I do love this site and also others, because they help and sometime's, I,,,, can help other's, Butttt ! sometime's I really do realise why I love living here soooo veeery much. Love my neighbours [French } all really get on well, but sometimes coming on this site is a little like being back in England, sooo bossy and knowing and stroppy and argumentative, and even sometimes just horrid, . nothing personal to anyone, you have all helped me a lot and very much appreciated. But sometimes what a waste of time and finger pressing......

If you have signed the compromis then your notaire is the person you should be contacting with any problems like this, I find the best way [ am going through the whole head ache mess ] is to fax, It is then on the desk and when they have time, [ are busy ] they do deal with and react to the problem, be patient but not lax. It does not sound correct, so contact your notaire. Sharon.

Crikey , What a thread !!!! I thought Sunny D was a drink, with artificial colourings, flavourings and preservatives, I do know it has a funny taste,,,yuk... Has this got anything to do with this,   ?     Everyone has a different way, but some have a worse way.

Hi, I have heard of and have used Skype, but I just wondered if anybody had tried using 'Voip Cheap' or 'Voip Buster', and if so, how did you find they worked, as well as Skype or not so...   Thaaaaaaaaaaaaanks.

I have definately had far less fewer, near to none, until today, and for some unknown reason, i did used to get an awful lot.

After a very quick look, Cimetiere animeaux... prob not totally correct, but look in normal phone book under your area, as opposed to .. yellow pages.. The system for the campaigns - sales periods, are exactly the same as in England, The big difference for me is that everybody is so wide spread, so the advertising and delivery system would have to be thought through thoroughly , [ crikey, that was a bit of a mouthful ], I am meeting with an Avon representive to talk this through, and to see if it.s viable. This should be interresting as my French is not brill... I wondered if any body else had tried to give this a go, and would be interested to find out if or how they managed.
