Hi all, we are in the process of finishing a new Gite which has three bedrooms, two doubles one single and two bathroom one with an on-suite, there is also a pull-out soaf bed if needed, in total the property will accommadate seven people they also have ther own private swimming pool and private entrance even thought the property is attached to our main residents, we keep trying to decided what would be a reasonable price to charge for a weeks rental in the hight session, we thought about 350.00 wonder if you all think this is reasonable or to cheap or to expensive, also what are good advertising sites and do you think it pays to have your own web site! We have had Waterair in today to give us a quote which we found quite resonable, there pools are liner pools, I have been informed that liners are not good for renting out with your gite, has anybody had any dealing with Waterair, were they good, was the product good, and has anybody had any problems with liners in a rental property? The green water has gone due to useing chlorine and algae, and now it's clear, but there are little red worms swimming about, are these harmful and how do i get rid of them ????????????????? Help please!!!! Sam

Can anybody help me? we keep finding in the lounge beetles which are about 1/2 to 1 inch long and really pretty in coulor the are sort of greenie bronze and tend to be on there backs, so far I have found about six and removed them, are they coming in on the logs for the fire and are they harmful to wood and furniture.
