I`m sure someone with a better knowledge of heating will help but in my limited knowledge we found that Oil is more econmical on running costs but more expensive to install. From the archives , I think I found out it costs about 4-6000 to install with radiators. Someone will correct me if I`m wrong. Regards Ronni

I`m sure I read a thread ages ago about this but I can`t find it any where. We have a wooden floor with it looks like earth underneath, What can we/should we put down, we have been advised to concrete it and tile it but I don`t want to! We have a few rotten boards but ideally we would like to do whatever necessary and replace them with reclaimed boards. Any suggestions??? Many Thanks Ronni

Can any one tell me how much it would cost to get a specialist company to spray all wood and timbers in an average sized two bed and loft house for woodworm/mites. There is alot of wood, wooden floor boards etc. We don`t think there is an infestation we just want to do it before renovations start to be sure. Also is it something that needs to be done by a specialist person? All your experiences will be gratefully received! Many Thanks Ronni
