I cross  the N20 at Lamothe Cassel on my bike often and I would not qualify it as peacefull and quiet as there is still traffic. In my opinion 50 meters would not give you enough distance. Harrynac

 A year ago Point P Cahors quoted me 10,08 euro TTC per square meter obviously that will be higher today. Regards, Harrynac    

We had our roof, 180 square meters ,done for 800 euros although they did ask for 1100 to begin with. Pay attention to the "produit" they use because in our case they used  plain bleach which damaged some of the plants below the edge of the roof.
