You still don't say what you want the land for.[/quote] Don't worry to much as I have a paddock and orchard one neighbour has the grass and another has the apples I get fresh vegetables from one and very good calvados from the other plus friendship unpaid guardians and other pluss's The elderly french couple who graze the land have spent day's cutting my hedges back from mini woods as a thank you grass Andy corkhead

  8. Nice to be back even with slightly changed user name Has anyone else got a house or a bussiness that seems to refuse to sell no offers silly or otherwise. I have the house in Normandy perfect nieghbours etc no need to work when I sell are others in the same fustrating situation Andycorkhead(1)
