Well, fingers crossed and long may we last. The return is down to the technical chaps who are part of the new set up. But it also shows the interest that management have in the Forum for which many thanks.
Now, guys and gals, just keep posting, even overposting, squabble, offer help, even albf ( we can always ‘modify’ his posts!), plus your own take on France, property and the rest.

Buy a tyre pump, I have carried one in the car for years.
If stores in France were not franchised prices would be lower.

The Pas de Calais and Nord does NOT need more rain this year; low lying areas are still flooded and the r8vers are full.

Given the weather we have had since November, the Easter sunshine has been a real respite; I have been able to garden for several days in a row and have even started removing the winter clothes, plus turning the heating off. Those areas of the PdeC which are still flooded ( mainly low lying fields) may now manage to dry out a bit.

Anyone remember Christine Animal; she slipped me a dog from her refuge in the Niort Station car park many years ago. Dog lasted until 17.

If you do not have the food supplement the goats will go and find it, probably at a neighbouring farm or garden centre!

Micky became Ricky Rocket, had a BnB in Normandy/ Brittany. He had some epic battles with Quillan who eventually banned him for 999 or so years.

What do you expect from State monopolies which are answerable to nobody and can do what they like? Very similar in Belgium.

I’ve cut out most news bulletins and programmes as they just want to stir up rowdyism and not have decent debate. And I ignore most news in the papers except for stuff about Trump as I dream of seeing him in a prison jumpsuit with his head shaved and in chains. Fat chance!
The BBC is a mere shoddy shadow of itself.

Well, we have the Saints de Glace which is a cold spell in late April to sometime in the first week of May so big drop in temperature and some frosts. But the Gods of Weather seem about to give us warm southerly breezes. Finally I sill be able to finish getting thengarden into some sort of shape; there are queues of plants waiting to go in and they are beginning to mutter.
Plus I have grandson for a week so will have to go out more than usual.
