  1. I don't log out when I leave the forum and have ticked the "Keep me logged in" box but each day I have to log in again. Does it just automatically log me out when I switch off?
  2. Hi mint - just wondered if you had received money in the bank yet. The letter we received was dated 20 December but we have still not received ours. I realise that Christmas and New Year have probably caused some delay and wondered if I should wait before contacting them. Will not contact them re interest until after we have received the initial amount.
  3. I am sure we used date that was on our first tax avis. Also, if you had an S1 or E121 or Attestation for Carte Vitale then it may have date on one of those documents.
  4. Sue - Looks like Vannes are working on these now. This morning received a letter from Vannes (dated 20/12/19) informing us that reimbursement will be made into our bank account. The amount ties up with our claims. Not in our account yet!. However, no mention of interest payments so will send email next week to claim these.
  5. Exactly Sue. As the lady at the fisc who emailed me with the 31/12/19 date may still be on holiday I will wait until next week to contact her. Can't do it on the secure message system as that only goes to our Impot office at Pontivy and they have passed the claim on to Vannes.
  6. Nothing received here either despite having received an email telling me that it would be sorted by 31/12/2019 so next week I will get down to emailing them again asking for action regarding my reimbursement. However, I think that the file may remain in my "Pending" pile for a while longer!
  7. Lovely late Christmas present mint! Did you write to the conciliateur? I am going to wait until after 31 December and will then contact the lady who emailed me to say it should all be sorted by that date. Ever hopeful - trying to start the New Year full of optimism.
  8. We can but hope. At least we have a name, email address and phone number to contact if nothing happens by 31 December.
  9. I have today received the following reply from DGFIP in Vannes following my third email: Bonjour Madame, Votre dossier sera traité pour le 31 décembre 2019. Bien cordialement
  10. Really pleased isitlunchtime that your tax people have sorted out your reimbursements + interest. Just hoping that the ones in Vannes will sort out ours soon but won't hold my breath.
  11. I had reference nos for each of the 3 claims and these were quoted in my two emails. Doesn't seem to have expedited matters as still awaiting reply.
  12. I sent a short email to chase them at beginning of month but no reply so today have sent a rather longer email asking them again when this will be dealt with. If I get no reply to that I will send a lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception.
  13. Further to your post I have just emailed our tax office in Pontivy asking them when we can expect to receive our refunds, further to their letters dated November 2018 giving me separate reference numbers for each of the years reclaimed.
  14. Started again tonight - have posted in the newer thread on this. It's a real PITA - I used to enjoy coming on this forum but enough is enough - please sort it out!!!!
  15. I had this problem a while ago and then it suddenly disappeared - no more problems I thought but this evening it has started again. Cannot even click on the options re Cookie Policy - it won't go away until you click on "I accept" and then only briefly until you click on a topic and back it comes. Surely there is something that can be done - if so please do it asap because impossible to use the forum as it is now.
  16. It stopped on mine as suddenly as it started. Fingers crossed that it does not reappear!
  17. Having accepted the Cookies Policy why do I have to click on Accept every time I go to another page or topic.
  18. I have just tried to order one from Amazon.de to see if they do deliver to France and it did not appear to be a problem, Have tried ordering other things from them before and a message has come up saying that the item could not be delivered to France but this did not seem to be the case with the Fire HD10.
  19. Thank you but I am doing the paper form. I think I'll have to just put a note in the informations block giving details and hope they'll accept that. Why do they have to change the forms every year?!
  20. Was on the form last year but can't find it on this year's form.
  21. Thought I would look back at previous discussions re treatment of dividends and found post written by Parsnips on 12/05/2017 which says: If you would only read the instructions on the form you would see that you enter the lesser of 17.7% or "the actual tax borne in the UK". So you don't use 17.7% for 2016 income, you use the actual figure which is around 11.1%. However , 2017 tax certificates show 0 tax credit , so on the face of it you should enter "0" on the 2047 and 2042 for tax credit . When I looked at 2016 and 2017, I found that the tax credit appeared to be based on a reduction of the" dividend rate " used by the company to calculate the dividend payable. So any tax is paid by the company. I have written to one of my investment holders asking for clarification on this , and also to what taxes their profits , on which the dividend is based , are subject. It would seem to be that the 19% corporation tax must impact on the dividend. I think that, based on that ,one would be justified in claiming the default credit of 17.7% next year. The form 2047 asks for the actual foreign tax which the the dividend has borne, not what tax has been paid abroad by the declarant.
  22. Many thanks for all your help - much appreciated. Regards.
