I would add to this try taking your dog out every hour or so during the day to give him the opportunity to pee and especially just after feeding. Every time your dog pees when you let them out, praise with a good dog...   Another idea might be to try posting the problem here http://dogstodaythinktank.blogspot.com or use the search facility at the bottom of the page and see if anyone else has similar problems.
