I have also lost the little icons in the past for various sites in Favoris and don't know why! I thought it was my computer and it is a shame as it does make it quicker to spot those that appear with an icon . Anyone any ideas?

Our Heures Creuses are 01:00 till 07:00 then 14:00 till 17:00 but you have a choice of a few hours either side - you can call EDF and give you client reference number and they should tell you. As for overriding the automatic system I can offer advice according to our system. I think you need to look at your fuseboard and find the unit for the water heater and as opposed to trying to turn it to Jour or Nuit there should be three settings from which you can select the best for you. 'O' is off completely and 'Auto' will work with the heures creuses and then there is 'I' which turns the heater on regardless of the time. If you arrive outside the heures creuses hours then turn it to 'I' and it should heat up:

Our computer keeps crashing with various reasons displayed at the time and the Microsoft online crash analysis now say I need to install SP2. A quick question for anyone please - it says I need to ' back up' all my files so I have duly bought a job lot of CDs. I haven't ever backed up files in English so I am having trouble in finding  the way in. All the instructions are in English and the our computer is in French. By following the instructions I get as far as Démarrer, panneau configuration, then performance and maintenance - but which is it after that? Nothing seems to match the image they show of the page I should be on! I don't want to make the situation worse by clicking on the wrong page. I would be grateful for any help. Thanks

I buy these joints and slice them, then use as Gammon with egg or pineapple and chips every so often. The part I don't use freezes well and we much prefer it to the thick poitrine slices. I have roasted it whole as well and as Mistral says it does stay very moist.
