To quote Ian Flemming's character, Mr Big:

"Once is circumstance: twice is happenstance: and thrice is enemy action!"

Unfortunately, society urgently needs to impose mandatory statutory vasectomy and sterilisation on those who care not for the society in which they reside.

One final thought; as an obvious sexual athlete of Olympian proportion, one is compelled to ask how can he claim Invalidity Benefit for "A Bad Back"?

An excess of horizontal jogging one is forced to conclude!

Or, "Bad Back": can't get it off the nearest bed!

Pretty much par for the course around where I live and it never makes the headlines.

Every year when the statistics are released FR3 Picardie proudly announces that once again we are the most fecund region of France, usually just before they say we have once again slipped down the ranks for the unemployment rate, we must be very close to the bottom now which no doubt when it comes will be celebrated by a baby boom.

The ST was suitably Daily Mailish and didn't attempt to qualify the figure in any way but to most people it will sound like a lot of dosh.
