Chrissie Posted July 5, 2004 Share Posted July 5, 2004 I'm SURE there was a thread not so long ago which said you could still buy premium bonds even though living in France, and it gave a site reference for downloading the appropriate forms. Have searched under "Premium" and "Bonds" but no joy.The National Savings site seems to imply that only residents of UK, Isle of Man etc can buy bonds.
