Pads
While ordering my carte bleue credit card through Societe Generale, we were asked if we wanted insurance, due to a bad understanding of French, I wasnt to sure what we were covering, but as it was only 7euro a month we thought to start off with it was best to be covered for all posiblities so we said yes. Still dont know what we are paying for or even if it was insurance we were taking out????[8-)] It was called Jazz has any one got a clue what it is?Many ThanksYes I know im not to bright but be kind to me[:$]
Will
We have one of those, it seems to be a carte bleue with a sort of loyalty scheme where you can build up points. Don't know exactly how it works. I don't think we've managed to achieve enough points for anything we'd give house room to in over four years worth of fairly intensive use of the card, so all in all it's a bit of a waste of time. Pads
So is it not card Insurance as well? What are we paying 7 euros a month for?
Will
I think just about all the French bank cards include some sort of insurance, in order to justify the subcription. The difference with Jazz is that you get points and certain other benefits as well. http://www.jazz.societegenerale.fr/ explains what you get - the insurance (against theft of the card etc) looks pretty standard. Cassis
Theft and fraud cover is included in our standard card costs, as Will says. Jazz seems to be something else - hard to see what, exactly, from that website!
