declaring tax on execution of share options

Its that time of year again for Tax returns....

Can anyone give me any advice on how I declare an execution of a share option?  Which forms do I need to ask for? I've paid tax on the execution of some of the shares in the UK (as they were unapproved shares) so I'm hoping I won't have to pay any French tax....but i'm not sure.
