Noisette Posted October 18, 2023 Author Share Posted October 18, 2023 Well the first vote was inconclusive. 15 'fors' were required out of the 27 for approval to be granted. France abstained, as did Belgium and Holland. Austria, Germany and Luxembourg voted against.
