Paul Posted June 12, 2011 Share Posted June 12, 2011 Hi, I am thinking of selling my chalet which I have run as a catered chalet for the last 5 years, when it comes to selling the property it will be 6 years old. I am a sarl and vat registered . If I include vat in the sale price can someone claim back the vat if they intend to run it as a business and are a vat registered company even though the chalet is over 5 years old.Kind regardsPaolo Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
