Barrym Posted January 16, 2005 Share Posted January 16, 2005 Since moving to the Vendee last year (from Burgundy) I have met a lot of English people who are looking for services from businesses that speak English (albeit a few words) to make them feel more comfortable. Does anyone think that a ‘yellow pages’ for the Vendee, which listed businesses who have an English-speaking representative, is a good idea? And if I set up such a directory would anyone be interested in helping to search out those businesses that should be listed? I look forward to all views – positive, negative and offers of help should the idea get the thumbs up.
