Mhj Posted September 22, 2005 Share Posted September 22, 2005 A French friend sits on a regional committee and they are looking for a British journalist to help them with a day towards the end of the year when they will be discussing how Northern Europeans settle in Charente. They'd really like a fluent French speaker who either lives and works in France or one who visits regularly. sandt Posted September 27, 2005 Share Posted September 27, 2005 i'm mystified. why a journalist? have they got some amazing credibility in france. anyone will tell you that we northern europeans can buy easily, learn little french and have difficulties with the french state beaucratic system. but we do tend to be law abiding and spend lots of money in france !!.
