starting at the begining

Hi we are just starting on the french adventure,,,ie we have bought a plot of land near poitiers ( menigoute) approx 1 acre with full permissions for electric water telephone and waste plus a single storey dwelling up to 189m2 build.

so the questions we want to ask are what now, how do we get services onto land , we need an access ie ditch piped   etc land cleared and if at all possible some one who acctually lives near menigoute to talk to  please help[8-)]
