Kiraude Posted March 9, 2004 Share Posted March 9, 2004 I have looked up the routes on AA .... personally I prefer the Limoges route straight down the middle as it's prettier and less peage, I've done it several times but from Calais and Le Havre. However the AA say that the Bordeaux 'coastal' route is quicker.It's for my father who is due to drive down in a few weeks, I know the initial bit from Cherbourg to the beginning of either autoroute is a bit of a hassle but he's booked it now!Anyone advise which route they'd take and why???
