Around St Omer would be ideal.Criteria are:4 bedrooms or more (at least 1 on ground floor or space to create 1) 2 or more bathrooms (at least 1 on ground floor or space to create 1) not close to busy roads (have dogs & cats, so ideally in sans issue, impasse or at end of track, drive etc) 1000 sq. metres of garden, or bigger village or country location - but have 84-year old father in tow so nothing too extreme! with only minor or no work to be doneolder "character" property preferred but nothing ruled outmax of €350,000 including notaire, tax etc - but happy to pay less!Please email or PM only, as no ads allowed on the forum. I have a short-list but I was also wondering if people on the forum had anything for sale in the area on a private basis.
