Last year we had a marvelous two days based in Bar sur Aube. Buy a glass, get the tokens and make a tour of the champagne places in the town and local villages. I still have a few tokens left from last year, as we couldn't drink as much as we were being offered. Last year there were a few smaller producers together in the centre of Bar sur Aube, which was a good place to start. We had my sister and brother in law over last year, and we drank our way around many champange producers. Tomorrow I'm going on my own, with a few empty coke and water bottles so I can tast them at home.
