Ruth Posted February 5, 2008 Share Posted February 5, 2008 I'm hoping someone out there can give me a suggestion. Our friends in France just added a beautiful new son to their family. I would like to send a gift from the USA, and I am looking for something that they might not be able to purchase in France. Would a French resident like a US college themed sweater for the baby? A piggy bank with a few American coins? (would this be considered in poor taste?) Perhaps something distinctly American, that they would not likely find in north west France? Any ideas appreciated!
