"Excessive" credit card fees to be outlawed

It wont, but you will have a clearer picture of what the cost is of what you are trying to buy rather than have a load of charges added on right at the end.

Mr O'Leary will have to be a bit more open in the future or else a lot more inventive. I know where my money will be.

According the BBC lunchtime news it won't effect him. His fee is not for processing, which he says he pays for, but for his office 'administration' which technically is different so the fee will stay unless you have one of his credit cards in which case it's free. [:(]
