Nick Trollope
LAST EDITED ON 01-Jul-04 AT 05:38 PM (BST)I can't find any specific examples via a search so;I bought a (new) pushbike (via eBay) from a French SARL (in Paris). When unpacked (the packaging was fine) I discovered that there were several parts missing & some damage, which render the bike unusable. The vendor told me to go to my local bike shop & buy the bits to fix it.... He didn't offer to pay.Has anyone any experience of the French claims service - I have found outline information on various government WS's, but no specifics, such as what letters to write, or where to start.Any ideas?Nickhttp://www.aplaceinfrance.comSorry about the subject line. It appears that one can't edit this...
