NigT
Our neighbouring farmer plans to sell a field next to our house and has applied for planning permission to increase its value. I am interested in purchasing and would really appreciate any comments on land price before I enter negotiations. The land is in dept 47 of 1100 sq metres and I would class it as average arable land. Any general indications of price with and without the planning permission would be appreciated.
Piprob
We paid about 20 000 Euros for a green filed plot the same size with water, gas, electricity, mains drainage already to site.
Mpprh
Hinot quite sure what the local 47 costs are. However you may be interested in our local land costs. We are in a village halfway (say 25km) Nimes - Montpellier. In each direction the costs are higher. The current price of building land is +/- Euro100 / m2.Frightening for this area ?Peter
