Sprogster Posted August 26, 2011 Share Posted August 26, 2011 There are no longer any scheduled direct flights from St Brieuc or Dinard to Jersey, as the airlines could not compete with the St Malo fast ferry services. Jersey is only 30 odd miles from St Malo and Condor run a year round two or three times a day service with a large car carrying 'Wavepiercer', that takes just over an hour. Passenger round trip fares can be obtained for less than £30.Aurigny only maintain an expensive Dinard service to Guernsey, as that Island is twice as far away as Jersey.In fact St Brieuc no longer has scheduled flights anywhere and the airport building is closed.
