However, if it's in Der Speigal, there is a damn good chance the (official) Govn is flying a kite, and getting the taxpayers ready for the bills. On the positive side it is in effect a 100%, goldplated, commitment from Germany to back the EUR come what may. Bad news for the Dwarf though.
