After 3+ years of trying to get an annuity paid without UK tax deducted,I received my first payment Gross on Monday. However, today I received a letter asking me to fill in the enclosed form so that I can be paid Gross? No wonder they needed another 120.000 staff to deal with enquiries.Regards.
