Katieb Posted October 9, 2006 Share Posted October 9, 2006 Could anyone please advise if there is any format we need to follow to cancel an enterprise individuelle or do we just write/contact the Chambres de Commerce. Val_2 Posted October 9, 2006 Share Posted October 9, 2006 Your accountant should be taking care of this problem, that is what you pay them for as it is not just a question of notifying the relevent chambre, but the tax people, CPAM,URSSAF and all the other bodies involved.
