woolybanana
The French State is offering significant subsidies, up to almost 100%, to install heat exchangers and or solar panels. But, are these a valid replacement for oil or gas central heating. They even say that surplus electricity from the panels can be sold to the EDF at a profit. My gut feeling is that whilst they may be useful for producing hot water they arent up to the job of central heating, particularly here in Northern France.Anyone got any thoughts, please, guys, svp?
