Will Posted April 21, 2006 Share Posted April 21, 2006 Nowhere near Calais, but the Esso unmanned self-service next to Champion at Caen-Ouistreham, on the way out from the ferry port just before you join the dual carriageway to Caen, has very recently started to take English chip and pin cards.I am sure that I have used an English card in the 24-hour pumps at Cite Europe near Calais, but that was about 12 years ago so memory is a bit hazy.
