Will Posted June 15, 2008 Share Posted June 15, 2008 Or it could be that it is a day to celebrate fathers in general, in which case Fathers Day (with no apostrophe) would be perfectly acceptable.Now where have we heard this argument before recently? Sir Alan Sugar and one of his apprentice tasks may have had some connection...Edit - with accents, it's fête des pères. So a direct English translation would indeed be fathers' day.
