Could you please help me with translation so my kind French seller can reship it? This is what I want to say to her:"Dear Christine, I had to travel overseas for work and I was told the jacket arrived at the post office, unfortunately there is no authorized representative to pick it up and I will not come back on time before it is returned to you.
